Major Motoko Kusanagi (草薙 素子, Kusanagi Motoko) is the main protagonist in Masamune Shirow's anime and manga series. I'm pretty sure that the Fizzarolli in Ep 7 is a cyborg of sorts with the Robo Fizz in Ep 2 being an actual robot. Agreed, pretty sure this one's a real imp, with some sort of cybernetic enhancements. We know Ozzie has a robotics factory, we know Wally Wackford is some type of inventor and apparently works for him.
